Easy portal is again operating as per normal. All issues has now bee nresolved.


Netaxept Admin portal is operational as per normal again.
We are still working on getting the Easy portal fully operational.


We are still working on getting the Netaxept and Easy admin portals up and running as per normal again.
There has been no impact on payments after approximately 10:30.


Netaxept: Transactions are working as normal again, however portals are not up to date yet. We are working on getting them in synch again.
Easy, we are still seeing intermittent issues on portal


We are currently experiencing a general networking issues on the Easy and Netaxept platforms, resulting in transactions failing and portals being inaccessible.
We are working on the issue and will update here as soon as we know more.

We have resolved the last issues with the portal, and it is again operating as per normal.

Transactions can again be processed as per normal, we are however still seeing intermittent issues accessing and updating the portal. We are continuing our efforts to get back to stable operations.

We are currently seeing a higher than usual response time on one of your hosting environments. This can result in slow or unresponsive payment processing on both DT and D2. We are investigating the issue and will update as soon as we know more.
